Explaining AI sales agents through real business workflows.
How Qasim Shirazi used practical workflow demonstrations and solution discovery to position AI sales agents and support deployment and adoption.
Situation
Business buyers evaluating AI sales agents often need to understand how an automated agent would operate in their actual workflow, what happens when a conversation becomes complex, and what successful adoption would require.
Where the technology meets the customer
AI sales agents are designed to help businesses respond to customer interactions and handle selected tasks. Evaluating such products requires understanding the business need, the intended user experience and the limits of automated responses.
My customer-facing role involved explaining AI capabilities to decision-makers and supporting technical conversations about adoption. Proprietary demonstrations, internal configurations and customer materials are not reproduced here.
From demo to adoption
The work extended beyond the initial presentation into solution discussions, configuration considerations and onboarding. Across the role, I led or supported implementations for more than 300 businesses and achieved the company's reported highest demo win rate.
What this demonstrates
- Practical AI use-case discovery grounded in customer workflows
- Ability to make emerging technology understandable to nontechnical buyers
- Coordination between demonstrations, deployment requirements and adoption
- Comfort discussing capabilities and limitations without overselling the product
